Most HooHooPet products are personalized and made from your pet's photo. You may cancel for a full refund before artwork or production begins. Once customization has started, change-of-mind cancellations or returns may not be available.

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or a digital file contains an error, email info@hoohoopet.com with your order number and clear photos or details of the issue. We will review the order and provide an appropriate correction, replacement or refund.

Personalized physical products require 5–15 business days for production before shipping. Standard shipping is free, and transit time begins after production is complete. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

Digital watercolor portraits are delivered by email within 2–3 business days and do not require shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Standard shipping is free on physical HooHooPet orders. Digital watercolor portraits are delivered by email, so no shipping charge applies. If an optional expedited service is available, its cost will be shown separately at checkout.
